3. Orders & Subscription

• Users may place one-time or subscription-based milk delivery orders.
• Orders are subject to product availability.
• Subscription modifications or cancellations must be made before the daily cut-off time.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

4. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in INR (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are securely processed via Razorpay and other approved payment gateways.
• We are not responsible for payment failures caused by banking or technical issues.

5. Delivery Policy

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, logistics, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.
• If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, it may be marked as delivered.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before the defined cut-off time.
• Cancellation after dispatch may not be eligible for refund.
• Subscription pause or cancellation must be done via app/website settings.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses
• Delay caused by external factors
• Allergic reactions or improper storage after delivery

8. Governing Law
